CyberAudit-Web is a software suite for management of CyberLock systems of all sizes.

 

The software allows you to assign keys, set expirations, add new cylinders, monitor staff and contractors, create access schedules, and generate audit trails and custom reports.

FAQs

What is an audit trail? An audit trail is a list of activity recorded by the CyberLocks, CyberKeys, and Communicators. Typical audit trail records contain information about events that occurred within a lock and/or key. It includes the date and time of the occurrence. Other audit trail data includes information related to communicators, such as when a CyberKey Vault was accessed.

 

Can audit trails be archived? Yes, records can be removed from the database and stored in a separate file. Archived information can also be restored to the database.

 

What software is right for me? The type of software is dependent upon several factors including the number of locks and keys needed, software features preferred, communication devices desired, and the geographical spread of the installation.

Lite is an easy-to-use program for smaller installations. With Lite, you can set key expirations and assign access to specific locks. With a simple matrix design of locks, keys, and access schedules, the security of your facility is easily managed.

 

Lite installs on a local PC or Mac, and is intended for systems of around 50 locks and 50 keys. In addition to software, a complete Lite system includes CyberLock electronic cylinders, CyberKey programmable keys, a Grand Master key, and one or more communicators.

Professional is an excellent choice for small- or medium-sized companies that need key control,

reporting, and a wider variety of communication devices. Professional offers all the features of Lite plus email notifications, blocking a lost key, and grouping together locks, people, and/or access permissions.

 

Professional is designed for installations of approximately 500 locks and 500 keys. Professional installs on a PC, Mac, or server and accommodates about 5 concurrent users. In addition to the Professional software, a complete system includes CyberLock electronic cylinders, CyberKey programmable keys, a Grand Master key, and one or more communication devices.

Enterprise is feature-rich management software that is ideal for large and/or geographically widespread installations. Enterprise is packaged on a server and offers all the features of Professional as well as advanced options like shared locks, programming any key with temporary access for a specific user, and the ability to operate one cohesive system across multiple time zones.

 

Enterprise accommodates thousands of locks and keys and can be expanded as needed. Through the use of a hierarchy of administrators, different locations may view and control only their area. Enterprise also works with more advanced CyberLock hardware such as CyberKey Blue, which uses Bluetooth technology in conjunction with smart phones, and the CyberKey Vault 20 cabinet.

 

Additionally, the Enterprise software enables users to seamlessly integrate CyberLock with the Flex System and other access devices.
